Just a tiny lil bug fix so now you won't get stuck if you try and help the nurse ghost before the parlor ghost

you now have to have finished the parlor ghost's first puzzle before she'll even pop up, which might be annoying but was the easiest way to keep it from bugging out again

I also gave a tiny update to afew pieces of art in the game that really needed it

not much else though

hopefully I wont need to make any other patches until the update that'll come with the steam release
